Altogether now: Awwwww.
Apparently, Sen. Robert C. Byrd’s latest book just happens to be titled, “Letter to a New President: Commonsense Lessons for Our Next Leader.” Naturally, as any good Senator who’s been serving longer than, say, Obama’s been alive, would do, Byrd generously handed a copy to Obama this week. They even kinda shook on it. Not really.
