Spotted in Longworth Cafeteria in her gym clothes this very morn at 9:15/9:20a.m. taking her time, clearly not in a rush, clearly not concerned about getting to her important caucus vote on time: Rep. Loretta Sanchez.

This morning of course was the important Waxman vs. Dingell vote. And though the vote was 137-122 in favor of Waxman, as of last night people thought it could be a nail biter and every vote would be needed.

"Seriously, don’t you have a huge vote caucus meeting?" thought one Longworth’er. "What are you doing here?" But yes, Loretta made it to the vote, her office says: "Absolutely – being there for the vote was a top priority and there was no way she was going to miss the vote." 

Ah, but did she shower before?
